Oh boy...I really hates the term "overweight" being equated to being unhealthy. What I mean is that there is a difference between overweight and overfat, and even that term I use skeptically. Overweight basically refers to your body mass being greater than what the classic bodymass: height: body shape ratio, while overfat can refer to having too much of you body weight percentage composed of fat cells. Now there is a distinction as someone could have a lot of muscles, and that makes them significantly heavier than their "healthy body weight" despite the good possibility they are in their prime, and extremely healthy. 

That being said, I am not overweight, and if so not by any significant means. Though, I am not as healthy as I would like to be, which is something I got to fix.

Dr. Clunk : That depends on your body shape, and height. if you're physically active and makes proper eating choices, then it shouldn't matter too much as a chunk may be muscle and another chunk may simply be because of your natural weight. If you consider your lifestyle sedentary or weighed down with a plethora of unhealthy foods compared to healthy, I would recommend putting in some proper lifestyle choices. The bottom line is if your lifestyle is healthy, it shouldn't be a problem.

I am pretty much fit, although i still have just a liiiiiiiiiiiiittle bit of belly to much....but i'll get rid of it pretty soon....Otherwise i think i am pretty fit. I work out almost everyday. 2 - 3 times a week i go to the gym and another 2 - 3 days a week i go jogging...only day i go without sports is usually sunday !
