I'm pretty fit...

I do a couple hours of exercise every day...

Really overweight has to do more with eating than exercise... someone can be really fit but overweight...

I eat a lot, and I don't gain a single pound.

I'm at a solid 120, and its been like that for awhile, and I pig out whenever I get the chance...

I think I'm fit, because I excercise almost every day, but the last 2 weeks I have to admit that I'm not very keen on, because of the exams...
But I plan to go to the gym more often during vacation ( my vacation will start at 18 June, I can't wait¬_¬)

I'm a bit overweight. I know that if I exercised on a regular basis that I would be back in good shape in a month or 2... but I just find other things to do instead... like come on Vizzed or play with my daughter. And while playing with her is exercise it isn't the all out kind of exercising that I would want to do to get into shape. It's just casual stuff.

I'm not obese, I'm probably average but no way am I fit. Most people who have abs are probably around 7% - 10% in body fat. Rambo was 7% in body fat I think but if you go below that your in real danger I would say I'm probably 15% or 25% in body fat perfect, nothing really overweight but pretty average.

In terms of fitness I probably got the mindset of a 500 pound man. When I run I feel like I'm 500 pounds cause I get exhausted really fast. I've never been good at cardio period but I'm pretty decent when it comes to weight lifting endurance.

I don't have the dedication to exercise, to me it's like "What is the point of it when I stay at home all day and sit on a computer?". Who am I trying to impress? Main purpose when it comes to dedication is how much you care about how you look and feel around others. If you grow up as a fat kid you'll understand that the main purpose to loose weight is to change the way how others think about you cause you get hurt emotionally a lot if your a fat kid. If you get pushed enough and are sick of being fat you will do something about it it.

I am overweight. Legally I am classified as obese because of the unbending guidelines (apparently women who are 5'7" should weigh no more than 160 or they are obese, regardless of build, amount of muscle, or whatever). I definitely weigh more than I would like, but I am working on that.

Elara : A super easy way to lose weight healthy and without changing anything on your diet is to eat the 2/3 of the food that you usually eat right now.
It really works for me and for a few friends!
My friend lost 10kilos and I lost 13 kilos and I haven't put on any weight for 1,5 year.
The last 6months, I've also started gym, because I like to be athletic and that made my really strong and well built.
Please try my advice and I'm sure that, if you do it the right way, you will lose 2,5kilos per month in the begining!

I'm trying noelia, thanks. I actually have cut down on my food intake, but I need to do more. Hoping that I can make time to start going back to the gym starting this week, but we will see on that. I'd like to go three times a week but I might end up with less. Something is better than nothing though, right?

I'm also contemplating going on the lemonade diet, or a modified version of it since my sister had good results with it. Still not sure I could go ten days without solid food though.

To give you an idea of how NOT overweight I am, I have to wear a belt on almost everything, because we can't find pants that are both long enough and skinny enough for me .
I'm in no way perfectly fit, however... but I am pretty decent. I don't get tired like real easily, otherwise I couldn't do 4-H camp in weather like this without passing out... but I'm certainly not all that "fit" .

Well, Im fit, but not to strong. I can run for a while or sprint a good distance and need to catch my breath with everyone else. I can do almost anything anyone of normal fitness can do. If I cant do it, its a skill thing.
