Do you think the way america was in the 1900's-1920's was bad or good for america.
The two point of views...
one point of view yes cause if it were not for all the sweat shops and government control our technology would not be where it is today.
The Second point of view is that the conditions and the way that people were treated was horrible and sickning. And that the government(in the 1900's-1920's) is responsible for the problems we have now.

I think the only ones responsible for the problems we have today are those in power today. The 1900-20's had some truly groundbreaking events though that solved many problems. For instance:
-Environmental Preservation reforms from Teddy Roosevelt
-Women's Right to Vote
-Reform of the meatpacking industry due to The Jungle by Upton Sinclair

There are more but I'm too lazy to think of them.

i agree but there is also the organized crime that has gotten worst due to alchole ban and the diseases in the tenments of the cities and that went everywhere.
