I just finished a book called "The Curse of the Bane" which is the second book in "The Last Apprentice" series, it was an awesome book. Now i just started a book my girlfriend liked called "Impulsed" it's pretty good but way deppressing and it's one of those books written like a poem. If you have heard of Crank it's alot like it with the same author

Currently I am reading Still Life with Crows by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child... I think the genre would be classified as a thriller? If any of you remember the movie Relic (which is a butchering of the book), that is the first in what is known as the Pendergast series by the fans. This would be the fourth of those books but the seventh of the whole line. They are a fascinating read because they have researched so much into natural history, science, and other things to make the books as realistic as possible... even when they introduce sci-fi elements.

I am a huge Fantasy & Sci-fi fan... mostly fantasy. I am eagerly awaiting the last Wheel of Time novel as well as Dances With Dragons (the new book in the A Song of Ice and Fire series... lately made into an HBO series, A Game of Thrones). I have long been a fan of D&D novels, such as the Drizzt books as well as Eberron and Dragonlance novels, though I refuse to read any of the 4th Edition novels because I feel that they have ruined D&D with that edition. I hear they are going to be putting out novels for the Pathfinder RPG setting with many old D&D authors such as Elaine Cunningham and I eagerly look forward to that.

SugarBurn : Have you read the War of the Spider Queen series? It is an excellent series and I think that if you like novels about the Drow you will greatly enjoy it.

Now, I'm currently reading the good, ol' classic "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer". I'm sure everyone's heard of it, but, if somehow not for some odd reason, it's about a trouble making boy called Tom Sawyer in the 1800's. I'm pretty sure he runs away soon; at least that's what I've heard. I'm actually reading it on my IPod Touch using an app called IBooks. It's almost like a Nook or even a Kindle.

I'm rereading all the famous Shakespeare plays and sonnets. It's been quite fun actually, as the plays are always fun to reread and I love checking the iambic pentameter of his sonnets. Shakespeare probably thought in iambic pentameter
