legacyme3 : Negative, ghost rider. If your code is correct, and flows nicely, what you see in the layout editor is what you will see in your post. If it doesn't appear right in the layout editor, it isn't right.

I throw it together, and see if it holds together.

If it does, perfect. If it doesn't I throw in a couple {/div} or {/table}

Here's one that I'm thinking about selling. Text box is static and scrolls when it can't fit everything. Not sure how obnoxious my sig is, or whether the sprites that I added in (only a few of them were added in by me) actually look natural.

Any opinions? I don't want to put something that's annoying to see in the shop.

I'll be the first one to admit that he hates ponies. And honestly, people who don't hit their ponies make me sick. But that's a damn nice looking layout he's got (that said, I'm also a fan of your last couple layouts.

Anyway, here's what I've got for this one. Not gonna sell it, 'cause I don't like the placement of the text box and I can't find a reasonable spot to put it (after a while of fiddling I just gave up and left it where it is). But I did want to ask why my div sizes don't seem to affect each other. If I set my outer div's height to 500px and my inner div's height to 100%, the inner one is much larger. Anyone have any ideas?

Perpost EDIT: I have another question. Is there an easy way to place the text box on the bottom? I know I can use margin-top, but I can't really figure out how to make sure it's on the bottom without fiddling with a percentage or pixel number.

Right, I know how to set the position of the text box, but that's not exactly what I'm looking for. Like say I wanted to make a CSS style for multiple text boxes that may be different sizes. I want them both to sit at the bottom of the layout, without having to set their position individually. Is there a way to do that (both layouts are the same height)?

soxfan849 : Are you saying you want them in the same spot? But for two different layouts?
If you want that, you could technically make a css style sheet and upload it to vizzed, and link to your layouts...

But I'm not 100% sure of what you are asking.

Sort of. I want to position the bottom of it on the bottom of the layout. But if the size of the text box changes, then it's the bottom that moves up instead of the top moving down. That's what I want. If the size changes, I want the top of it to move down. I don't want the bottom of it to move up.
