So I just edited that post of yours just above this one with my code.
It's a few simple fixes but they are smoother.
If you like it, just credit me

septembern : In this instance percentages hurt more then they help, by changing one of the height settings to a px setting it gives a better result.
Also the transparency code you are using is overly complicated and actually doesnt work right in all browsers so I retooled it.
Oh, and a bottom left alignment works alot better then a bottom right one, and I fixed up some colors, links, and dead code.
