That's really tough, but I'm going with Nintendo. They're practically the inventor of the video game. But I love Microsoft too.

lol. Nintendo won by a landslide. I don't think any of these companies are the best, unless you include hardware. I like the Dev. Companies like Bethesda, Natsume, Koei (MAN I love me some Dynasty Warriors), Square, etc.

I'm going with nintendo. Sony is starting to dominate the home consoles. Nintendo needs to step up there game with the wii 2 or whatever the next console is.

nintendo, defenitly. even though the PS generation is competeing with the XBox generation, nothing can compare to the Nintendo. There's mario kart64, mario Party, Donkey kong64, etc. Do i need to day more?

Sony, while not having any outstanding games of their own, has had so many awesome games for their consoles that I've decided to choose it as my favorite. Of course, my views might be a bit biased considering my first video game console was a PS2. Still, you can't deny what a great job Sony has done in the video game industry- the PS2 has been having games released for it for over 10 years!

1st has to be Nintendo, they have they have some cool games that are very entertaining and awesome, because I like using Mario, DK, Pokemon etc. I don't have a favorite game but I have a favorite Series of games, the Super Smash Bros. series (Super Smash Bros., Super Smash Bros. Melee, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl.) Also I like their Pokemon Series which are getting very good graphics and great story lines. 2nd has to be Sony, I love playing my Playstation 2, and I might be getting a Playstation 3 sooner or later. PS3 games have some cool graphics and some good story lines. But Nintendo is a cut above it for me. 3rd is Microsoft with the XBox 360, which has some good games...

id say sony, i like it because of the free intenet and neat add ons like bbc iplayer, lovefilm etc.
And i say that from a non fanboy point of view, i considered getting an xbox 360 when it came out but i didnt like the look of its graphics or games at that point so i waited it out.
in terms of familly gaming though nintendos the way to go, you can use motion sensitive on ps3 but wii's devoted to that so it has better games for it.personally i prefer shooters to sports games so not for me.

SONY, FTW. Playstation two surpassed any other console as the longest lasting. Like someone else wrote, ten years after it was released, it still had games coming out for it. Even after the PS3 came out, people were still playing their PS2.

Bobbynibbles : a good measure of a companys value is the games they atract to there system and the things it can run, so long as your main argument against them isnt there games suck id say its valid, the reason i dont like wii is because it focuses on sport games, i think sonys even spread of games choice and ability to do pretty much anything the other consoles can do is a good thing, thus i think its best.Games is a valid part of how good a console is

Sony,Although the Ps3 sucks, the ps2 is the best system ever.Great graphics, over 10,000 games the largest library of any console ever, and a life span of just about 1 decade. Also it has a dvd player!

I have to go with nintendo. mostly because they have the most gaming consoles ever. I Dont like sony because they only have three game console. i dont count the playstaion move because they stole that idea from nintendo and they came out with it about 4 years after the wii came out. I do have to give them credit because they were one of the first to use the idea of controling the game with your movements with the little camera you could attach to you playstation. That was pretty cool at the time. Microsoft has to be the worst. the xbox had so many problems. though i've never had an xbox i have played one and it was so frustrating when it started to act up. But i think the xbox kinect looks pretty cool and the is the only reason i would get an xbox. so maybe i'd put them at second worst. sega would have to be the worst. they dont even make their game consoles anymore so thats what i think and no offense to those of you who think differently but i think all playstaions suck.

Nothing else even comes close to Nintendo! does Sony have Mario, Pokemon, Metroid, Kirby, and The Legend of Zelda? NO!!!!!!! Nintendo is hands-down THE best video game console maker of all time. The Wii came out with true motion sensing, and Sony JUST caught onto it!

Nintendo without a doubt. It has all the classics and really good games and consoles. The Wii helps with exercise and it's pretty obvious that Sony copied the Wii and named it Xbox Kinect.

Sony, Microsoft, AND Nintendo are kickin. All the others can leave for all I care.

Well, I love Playstation(even more than Wii). Wii is fun, too. I don't really care about Xbox but it's still fun.
