In my last post I suggested Undertale, but I'll also suggest Deltarune, which takes place in the same world as Undertale bur kind of in a different timeline or something along those lines.

Only the 1st chapter is available right now but it's free and it was a fun 3-4 hours.

I think that they are although they also do go on sale rather often so you could probably just wait until they go on sale to decide or get them.

I've tried cuphead and it's actually good indeed, Terraria and Stardrew Valley are a bit too expensive, are they actually worth buying? If someone has played them I'd like to know.

I really like Faster Than Light, a random generated Rogue-Like space strategy game, it's pretty low end, and has a lot of replay value. There's even a mod called Captain's edition that makes it insanely bigger.

If you're willing to do a learning curve, an old gold one is Europa 1400: The Guild. It has no tutorial, but is really addictive once you learn it. You get to live out a life in the 1400's, and ensure a prosperous future for your descendants, which you can also play as.

Surprised no one else has mentioned it, but Undertale is also pretty good and doesn't require much of a PC to run fine. Fantastic story and pretty good gameplay. Deltarune is a follow-up which is in progress but you can play chapter 1 already.

The best options would probably be Starred Valley and Undertale. Maybe even My Time at Portia, but it's a lot like Stardew Valley and the graphics are a not tougher. I'd also suggest a game called Moonlighter which is a cross between a dungeon crawler and a business tycoon game.
