I got 5 points yesterday! I wasn't sure that I would keep both those spots I got to because I left with more than an hour to go but I guess no one else wanted points more than me.

Now I've got a bit of a lead on the grey banner. Not that 6 points is much but whatever. And I'm somehow 5th overall? That seems strange after 8 days of competition and I've managed to climb to 5th.

Something like a post day you should only do minimally like 1-4 times a year. But for threads, only the crazies are gonna make more than like 10 threads in a day so it can be more of a challenge that a giant event. 1 a month even and the threads can keep being used.

I feel like it will just result in a bunch of pointless spammy nonsense threads, or repeats of threads that already exist, instead of threads that actually generate discussion. We definitely need more open threads, but I don't that's the best way to do it.
