I don't really want to put these under resolutions but more like what you plan or would like to accomplish throughout the year.

A couple of my big goals are to go to the movies 100 times throughout the year and another one is do build my social media brand, especially on Twitter. (Maybe crack 1 million views and get verified)

I also would love to publish 50 total articles throughout the year.

What are your big ambitions for 2018?

#1 is to try to make Vizzed active like it was before.

#2 is to emphasize #1.

#3 is to work on bettering how to interact with the Vizzed community.

#4 is to figure out out how I can make more money to support myself.

My big ambition is to get my life going.

I've been "sheltering" myself on a very-long term course of action that consisted of 1) university at a slow pace and 2) be excessively conservative about my medication. Now I feel like time's running out for me to fly freely and do what I want before I can't anymore for several reasons, so I want to enjoy the moment and be in charge of my own life for whatever longer I can.

Of course, my goal is to have success in taking down the aforementioned course of action. I've left university, though it won't be officially ratified until the semester is over, and have taken a different path towards getting certificated studies. Having success in being less conservative about my medication can potentially imply taking risks, but I'm ready for it.

The only other ambition I have is to finally check off my list some things I've left undone or unfinished throughout the years despite having made my mind and even the first steps to attempt them. Some are connected to my medication, so we could say it's another motivation to be less conservative in that field. I'll be happy by clearing just one of them, but I want to clear as many as possible.

Related to Vizzed, I could say that I have the ambition to reach 100k CP, but I don't think it's actually feasible. 5k posts seems a lot more accessible, though I'd need to step up my game a bit because my current pace won't take me there on time. I don't want to set myself any TdV goals despite how the present one is going for me because I know I can disappear in a cloud of smoke the least you expect it.

I need to get into shape. I have gained 15 pounds ( my Freshman 15 in my Sophmore year of college ) in the past few months. So, I need to eat and drink healthier, as well as start doing yoga and working out with a physical trainer ( there's this thing at the University's gym where I can get a personal trainer with a small group of 2 or 3 total people for 24 one hour sessions for just $240 ) . Hopefully, I can either turn the new weight into muscle, or lose some weight and start to get leaner muscles, while also bulking up some.

My goal is to make a video game metal cover every week, and so far I've been successful, as I'm 3 in. My username's ChaoticMeatball on YT if you wanna see them. I think I could also help develop Vizzed with my covers, maybe making an incentive for donating to the site to get a song request for me to cover.
tRIUNE : I suppose if your goal is to make Vizzed active, maybe you could help me with this idea I've got here.

tornadocam : The first two are hand in hand.  If you put bad food and sugary drinks into your body, you're basically trashing the temple God has provided you.  If you sit around all day, don't sleep at night, and don't move and exercise and be strong, you're basically trashing the temple God has provided you.

My goals are as follows.

1.  20 pull-ups in a row.
2.  Finding a new career field since I'm getting laid off from my company after 5 years of work.
3.  Teaching my daughters to find strength and beauty in themselves.
4.  Find a new place to play pickleball.

I just happened to find a new one, which is returning to writing guides. Most probably not here in Vizzed, though who knows what the future holds.

Since January last year I've been a part of Gamefaqs, and I posted my last guide there back in August. They updated the online editor I had been using, and so my work shifted to update my previous guides as a means of getting the hold of the new editor. I had put that work in hold as I dealt with real life, but they updated something else which has motivated me to finish my work and move on towards new projects.

Said update caught my interest in two aspects, most importantly FAQ of the Month. Up until now they offered cash rewards for whoever obtained the award of FAQ of the Month, but said reward forbade people not in the US from participating. With the new update, there's no cash reward and thus it's open for anybody to participate just for the honorific title.

I now feel driven to create those long projects I had "frozen" months ago, to finally have a chance for the recognition non-US users also deserve. It may also give me a cash prize, due to bounties being rewarded by the administration if they see an excellent enough guide, but that goal is just secondary for me. I write for the fun of it, and making any money out of it won't make me increase my pace beyond it's natural state.

zanderlex : I'm around the 12-15 pull-ups in a row range.  I love working out and I exercise all the time.  Pull-ups are hard so i picked that goal to hit.  I want to challenge myself.  It's half nutrition and half keeping active and working at it.  I'll tell you, my wife loves that I'm 36 and still insanely physically fit.  She tells me I outclass the other husbands and boyfriends when we have no-shirt fun around the pool or lake in the summer.

And pickleball is a game like human ping-pong.  Two teams hit a wiffleball over a net and you use big wooden paddles to do it.  You can put spin on the ball or really crank it up and smash the thing.  It's a fun game that requires a lot of skill and moves quickly.  20 minutes of pickleball is worth running a few miles in rapid succession.  I love it and it's extremely competitive at my gym.  Unfortunately, we're closing the gym because we got bought out and I need to go somewhere else.
