I used to play a game more than 13 years ago, but I can't remember its title, other than the fact it had either 2000 or 3000 in the name.

The game started out with a cut-scene, with hand-drawn, pixelated objects flying by in space.
Gameplay has you controlling a man whose body is partially in a barrel. The man moves by shuffling said barrel, and he can also jump quite high.
After the game over screen, a thermometer can be seen.

Does anyone know this game?
