Can't install RGR plugin on windows 10 laptop!!

Hey, so I've been playing for a long while on Vi zed and I've gotten this cool laptop with windows 10 on it. So, I went to download the RGR plugin from the RGR-page, but the link to the x86 vcredist file isn't working.

So, I downloaded it from the microsoft website. Then, I restart my laptop.

Afterwards, I run the RGR plugin once more and this is what I get:

I don't know what else I need to do.
Can someone please advice me on said matter?

OK everything works in my end, re-download everything, start with x86 vcredist from this link: https://www.vizzed.com/boards/thread.php?id=8676

After that download the rgr plugin, close your browser, and play a game.
