I need some more music that is meant to be played at places where people can have a good time. Nothing adult, but rather something for parties, discos, or nightclubs.

Currently, I could only find Captain Jack, but I need a few other suggestions. I'd prefer something between 1990-2005.

The trouble is the timeframe you're looking at.  1990-2005 was a terrible time for fun pop music.  The 80s owned the feel-good, fun pop stuff, like Micheal Jackson, etc. and the really good 21st century pop and dance music didn't come out until after 2005.

If you like hip-hop and rap, the early 2000s is the Golden Age for that club/dance music.  Start with Ludacris and work your way around the rest of it.

The 90s was too busy learning guitar-driven rock'n'roll.  It is simply the best time for guitar music and it went away from what you want.
