What is happening is a lot of browsers block plugins though sites like this. They also block flash too.  What you have to do is. Go under your browsers settings. (Some Browsers) have advanced settings. After that you should find allow flash check mark yes. Some browsers you have to type in this site to allow it to run flash and the plugin

Hope this helps

Has anyone found a fix for this original post? I've been having the same issue for months and cannot find a fix for it anywhere. I've tried everything related to RGR issues that is in the help guides. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, get the same error while reinstalling:

"Vizzed Retro Game Room Service Loader exiting unexpectedly"

After checking the log files, The VizzedRgrServiceLoader-log says:
03/01 05:36:19 PM: Service loader starting up.
03/01 05:36:19 PM: Required server ports not available, exiting.

On up to date Windows 10 PC. (Multiple different Win 10 PC's actually). Chrome, Firefox, Edge and IE are the browsers used frequently.

Any more help would be great. Thanks.

I've been having a similar issue over the last week with flash. For me, I can get the plugin to work, and then other times it will basically crash and stop working. I guess I'm not the only one having problems, this could be a major problem for quite a few people. Chrome is really giving me a lot of problems, and it always has. For some reason, Firefox isn't as bad, but the RGR plugin isn't supposed to work in Firefox?

Not sure if this will solve your specific problems, but worth reading. I could not get RGR Plugin to work with updated versions of Chrome and Firefox. It would say Plugin not installed, Flash not enabled, and alternate between those even though the Flash was enabled and the Plugin was installed, removed, installed, removed, repaired. I found this useful thread here and did as it said and it has worked for me. There are good suggestions on lag. RGR Common Issues

luigi25 :
I'm not sure what you mean. The plugin should work in every browser.
Why isn't it supposed to work in Firefox?

I had the same problem and found this thread. It has worked for me. Basically go back to an older version of Firefox or Chrome and follow the steps listed. RGR Most Common Problems

I think it was just my antivirus software that was blocking it. After adding the exclusions like you said, I haven't had anymore problems. There was a problem a while back with the plugin not working in Firefox, but that was about a year ago. I believe that was just a temporary problem that got fixed, but there were still some issues with the play window. I should've read that thread more carefully because it's supposed to work with Firefox too.
