Good game...good game
Breath of fire 2 was a game released for the super nintendo in 1994 after the success of the first game and they remade this game for the GBA.
The story of Breath of fire 2 takes place 500 years after the first Breath of fire game, where the protagonist is Ryu Bateson who lives with his father (ganer) and baby sister (Yua) in a small village. One day the just disappear and no one remembers who ryu is and he becomes an orphan. He then meets bow, a thief who is looting the church and they become friends. Deciding that the village doesn´t profit them, they go away and hides in a cave when it starts to rain. Unfortunately a big monster resides in the cave and the monster quickly knocks out the two boys and repeatedly calling Ryu the destined child. It was all a dream though... 10 years later they work as rangers for hire, but Bow gets blamed for stealing and Ryu has to venture out to clear his name and find the real thief. While on his journey, he encounters that many people are possessed by demons.
Let´s not spoil more off the plot here...personally, i really like the plot, even though it can get really cliché at some points, but it does feel like every character get their own moment of development. The first game was much more rushed, while this game takes more time with itself and it´s dialog. I also really like the little things, like the small jokes they pop up and their plot twist which they don´t actually announce out. If you really like stories based of orginased religion, you are really going to like this game (although it can sometimes feel a little to much for me).
The graphics are ok. For super nintendo standards, i´ve seen better. It´s nothing mind breaking in this. The soundtrack is good though, with a lot of battle soundtracks sticking in your head (especially the final boss theme), but to be honest, i liked the overworld theme of BOF1 better. Then again, it really comes t... Read the rest of this Review

Demon´s Crest SNES review
Demon´s Crest is one of my favorite SNES games off all time. I don't think I've had this much fun with many games that I've had with this one. It is something about this game that attracts me.
In Demon´s Crest, you control a demon from Ghost n Goblins (or at least a identical looking one) called Firebrand. The story involves the demon realm where demons like Firebrand live. A civil war broke out in the demon realm due to the 6 crests that represent the elements: Water, Earth, Fire, Time, Heaven and Air. Everybody wanted those crests so they could summon the crest of infinity that would grant the bearer of the crests infinite powers. Firebrand wants a hold of these crests (we never get to know why though, so i have no idea if you´re actually a good guy or if your motives are selfish). During a battle with the Demon dragon in an attempted effort to steal the crest of heaven, Firebrand gets wounded and he loses all the crests to Phalanx, Firebrands nemesis. However, he does keep a small part of the fire crest, which acts as your first weapon in the game. The story can be a bit hard to understand so i presented a nice recap for you.
The gameplay has a very interesting way to deal with the gameplay. The first thing you are going to notice with how Firebrand controls is that you can stay in mid-air as long as you like, which is unusual for many games from this age. You can also climb walls and do a special attack that differs on the crest you are wearing. There is 2 kind of crest powerups that you can collect throughout the game. The crest powerups that grants you to change form and differ in projectiles and other abilities, like the earth crest lets you bash certain objects, the air crest lets you fly and so on. The other half is the remaining fire crest pieces. When collected, the fire form will get alternative projectiles. This game also have shops where you can buy potions and spells (if you have a empty scroll and a empty via... Read the rest of this Review

Pokemon Toxic purple beta review
I actually liked this game! It´s the first time i´ve seen well...plot in a Pokémon game!
You have to remember the fact that this is a beta! It´s not the finished version, so of course there´s not gonna be much gameplay!
The story is that you are a kid who is becoming a rocket grunt because...that´s why! They rob a kid and steals his pokemon and then get random assignment from your boss. Nothing much, but is way better than "get all badges, beat the elite four" plot we have been getting for EVERY official Pokémon game(not counting the spinoffs). Besides, haven´t you always wanted to be a rocket!
I actually found this game hard and i lost battles! I couldn´t belive it! That´s because there´s no way to level grind in the begining and the trainers are better than you in the start and you can´t go into marts since they refuse to sell you stuff. I love the fact that i will lose battles because the official game can be really easy!
They even found a way to get rid of HM´s by leting items replace the attacks! No HM slaves! Do i really need to say anything more!?
Vizzed needs...no, must release the full game(if it´s done) on this site!

Rka0917 reviews Sonic Battle GBA
Sonic Battle is a fighting game on GBA envolving sonic characters(duh)...and a really bad one!
The story involves Sonic finding a robot on Emerald Beach with he later names Emerl. This robot is no ordinary robot since this robot can copy fighting abilities from other people by either fighting them or watching him/her fight and is tracking down chaos emeralds since it gets energy from them. Dr. Eggman uses his forces to try to track down Emerl and use him to find the chaos emeralds...
As long as the story goes it´s pretty ok for a sonic game and you get to play different story modes with different characters and their perspective on the whole story...
The only complaint about the story is... Eggman had Emerl in the first place! The first thing you see is him throwing the robot on the beach because he didn´t respond to an order! If he´s supposed to have an IQ of 300, he would probably check if the robot is working propetly! Which he didn´t since Tails fixed it later!!!
The gameplay is what really pisses me off.You can play either as a Sonic character or as Emerl, depending on the situation. You choose three special attacks before every fight and then enter a awkard 3D stage that sometimes confuses you. My big problem was that in every fight, you are just gonna spam the same attacks over and over since that is probably the only good strategy that actually works...you´ll be pressing the B button all the time even if the game introduces other moves. The enemies are really cheap to, if they ever hit you they will about 50% of the times, kill you in one combo! There´s even enemies who explode when they die and you will have no time to escape so 50-65% of your health will dissapear in one second.
Another thing in Sonic Battle is customizing Emerl with skills he obtaines from fights. The problem there is that you need skill points, which you never have enough of since it takes a really long time to earn that many! The oth... Read the rest of this Review

Actraiser Review
Actraiser is a SNES masterpiece! I can honestly say that this is my favorite action rpg on SNES! This game combines building your own town and some pretty fun sidescrolling stages...
There´s not much for a story, you´re a god who has the task to rid monsters from different locations so people can build a town and live there. With every "town" there´s a sidescroll stage at the beginning and at the end with boss fights after every stage. The sidescrolling part is pretty good, but jumping feels a little broken and jumping and attacking barely works for me which is annoying since some enemies are in the air, but the sidescrolling parts are pretty easy...
Building up the towns was the part that got my attention. You have to guide people in which way to build and use power such as rain, sunlight, lighting and so on to make the land liveable. You also have to listen to prayers from the people for issues that disturbs them and occasionally accept donation and offers. You also do all this while you defend the town from demons and monsters with your naked angel with bow and arrows and leading people to the monsters lairs where the monsters respawn...
This is a game you probably only play once, but you´ll have a great time playing it! I usually get bored quickly with building town and all that, but since monsters attacks at the same time, you are always gonna be in the game. when you boot up the game you are gonna feel confused and maybe think that every option and so on will take to much time to learn, but you get the hang off it really fast. I do feel that it is pretty easy untill you get to the final lair and building a city was actually much harder in the beginning since there are more monsters there.
This game has it´s share of few flaws, but this game is a SNES masterpiece!
