Pokemon Crystal 06-05-11 10:50 PM |
Pokemon Crystal Pokémon Crystal is the 3rd Release in the 2nd generation of Pokémon games. Like its predecessors, it offers new Pokémon, a new region, and longer storyline compared to Generation 1. It offers the same advantages as Silver and Gold, but with a few more additions such as Gender selection and a few sub-plots. Graphics: The graphics for Pokémon Crystal were, at the time, very good. Pokémon Crystal was developed to have full color support, and to have updated sprites, which game more detail unto the Pokémon and the World. Sound: Sound for Pokémon Crystal was nothing out of the ordinary. Catchy tunes are played in various areas, an through Pokémon battles Like in the previous games. Addictiveness: The addictiveness for Crystal is very high, due to the increased number of Pokémon to catch, and areas to explore. Story: The story is decent. It gives just enough detail to keep the player knowledgeable, but not enough to create a full background story. Depth: The game has much to offer, including the new Battle Tower. The game includes 2 regions, 251 Pokémon to catch, so there's never a dull moment. Difficulty: The difficulty of Pokémon Crystal isn't high. The game can be played fairly easy, and doesn't require much to understand the basics. |
Space Invaders (homebrew) 05-30-11 02:11 AM |
Not Fallout The title of this game is incorrect. The following game is a homebrewed space invaders type arcade game. |
Paper Mario 03-03-11 02:27 PM |
Paper Mario Paper Mario is one of the greatest RPGs that can entertain he young and the old. Fight your way through many classic Mario enemies, but this time, your in a 3D world with 2D characters, which gives the "paper" look. Paper Mario offers a turn based battle system, similar to many platform RPGs. Along the way, you recruit a variety of wacky followers that can help you through the world to -what else- save Princess Peach from Bowser. The story, although simple to understand, has many side plots and quests for you to complete, giving it that RPG feel you know and love. Collect Badges, and equip the ones of your choice to gain special moves, extra FP points, or just to make crazy sounds when you use your hammer. I give Paper Mario a 9.5, due to the game having some graphical errors (many of the N64 games due) that come up sometimes during gameplay. |
E.V.O. Search for Eden 02-28-11 12:57 PM |
E.V.O. The Search for Eden E.V.O. is a side-scrolling action/RPG. You start out as a fish, and work your way through the game by evolving yourself with evolution points, that you earn by killing other creatures and eating their meat. Graphics are pretty decent considering its age. 7/10 Sound is average, nothing Fancy. 5/10 Addictiveness is high, due to the urge to gather meat and see what new evolutions await. 10/10 Story isn't that comprehensive, but is good enough to give a basic understanding of whats happening. 7/10 Depth is ok, not a lot of places to go, but areas are unique. 8/10 The game is fairly easy at times, but can get very difficult with bosses. 9/10 Overall, I give this game a 8/10. If you enjoy unique RPGs, then I would recommend this game for you. |
