Mega Man 2 Review   Today, I'll be reviewing a NES classic, Mega Man 2! Mega Man 2 is the sequel to Mega Man and improves on the previous title. It's generally regarded as the greatest Mega Man title in the Classic series and for good reason. It follows the non-linear gameplay of it's predeccesor as well as getting weapons from the Robot Masters that are the weakness of another Robot Master. So, let's get started.    Story - 6.0    The story is pretty weak. Dr. Wily, the antagonist from the last game, has created 8 new robot masters to take over the world. Mega Man, the protaganist, has to take down those Robot Masters, head to Dr.Wily's fortress, and stop him. Like most NES games, it doesn't really have a huge storyline so I'll cut it some slack and leave it with a 6.0. Graphics - 8.5   The graphics are pretty good for NES games. Mega Man looks quite nice and the Robot Master's sprites reflect all of their designs and so do the enemies. The stages look nice and you can always tell what things are, so, the graphics are pretty good and warrant a 8.5. Sound - 10   The Mega Man series is known for it's amazing and catchy music that plays throughout the stages and this game has that. Every song in the game is memorable and if you were to ask me to hum anything from this game, I would be able to. The sound effects are pretty nice. Mega Man's gun shots have a memorable sound and it's pretty good. Addictiveness - 8.5   The game is easy to pick up and can be sometimes hard to put down. Considering the good level design, it should keep you stuck with game since it's nearly perfect. All of the different tricks and glitches can also help keep you in.
