Legend of Zelda, The - Ocarina of Time

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Review
???Now lets begin with this review. My #1 childhood most favorite game.

Graphics: 9/10
Ok, so these graphics get as good as they?get in 1998. Compared to most N64 games these graphics are top?of the line?the best. Another N64 game that has?very great detailed graphics was Banjo -?Kazooie. I think this game was the start of the small detailed actions in the game.?An example?is when Link?is?fighting Ganon. Now the detail on Ganon is just outstanding for the N64 system. As I have said before, the comparison between most N64 games is?just such a difference.

Sound: 9/10
Now the sound is quite detailed. Most N64 games at this time had all pretty good sounds in game play. But again, I think Ocarina of Time?is?one of the best.?For the music, in my opinion it is just amazing. An example is all the temples music. Probably my favorite temple / boss place is Dodongo's Cavern. The music is just eerie. When you first walk in, you see that Dodongo huge skull of a head and just the place is all dark with bats flying around . . . and then all of the sudden the music, just?bone chilling when you think about it. Another great aspect of the?sound in the game is when?the Poe appears. just that sound kind of freaks me out the first?time if I am not expecting it.?Also when ever you attack the Poe / kill the Poe the sound is just spot on.?You can never forget about the sounds of the Ocarina. I just love the music?that?plays out of it?. . . it is just so realistic in my mind, plus the songs that you learn and play are just so creative and original.?
?

Addictiveness: 8/10
In the very beginning of the game, I remember never wanting to stop playing this game. Why? Well I just want to get to see what is next. Now when the game progresses, when it gets a bit more difficult and a bit more thinking put into the game, ( mostly when Link becomes and adult ) the game gets a bit boring. Not like very boring to the point that you will not play it any... Read the rest of this Review
