Sonic VR Review
Graphics (6): The game's graphics are a bit bland because the background texture is the same for each level and this leads to a repetitious idea that gets boring as the game progresses. However, the animations are spectacular since each level is different with its challenges and obstacles. The challenges seem to be from most of the classic Sonic games, which is great since it adds a nice throwback element to the game.

Sound (5) : The game's sound choice is good since it isn't like any of the other Sonic game's sound. However, the sounds can get boring and maybe annoying after a while, which can interfere with the overall idea of the game and the mood the player could get from playing could be affected by the repetitive nature of the music.

Addictiveness (7) : This game is slightly addictive. The level designs are unique on each level sequence and the player could select their own level choice instead of playing the game in order. Therefore, this game lets the player decide their level choices unlike other Sonic games. This is a great aspect because players could return to previous levels if they wanted to so that they could beat the game.

Story (-) : This game has no definitive story.

Depth (9) : The depth of this game is spectacular. The level designs are unique and each level offers a different challenge and new obstacles to overcome. That's what makes this game great. It is the overall idea of new challenges and the idea of surprising players with unexpected levels that makes the game awesome.

Difficulty (4) : This game has varying degrees of difficulty depending on how experienced the player is at Sonic games. It was a good idea to have easy levels and progressively get more challenging. That was a good move since it can help players who are new to Sonic games get used to the controls and how the game play is done.
An Ordinary Sonic ROM Hack

An Ordinary Sonic Hack Review.
Graphics(9): The graphics are really good for an attempt to recreate the original Sonic.exe CreepyPasta, which is good because it shows how dedicated Sonic fans are to the game. The scene when the setting changes help add a mysterious and ominous atmosphere to the level. There are some issues, but they're only minor. For instance, the copyright date on the title screen should of changed like in the original CreepyPasta, but one could understand why they didn't do it. It is probably to not offend people who might have some reasons to not like a certain number for religious reasons. Players could understand why if they are familiar with the CreepyPasta. In conclusion, the graphics are really good and the errors have good reasons on why they were made.

Sound(8): The sound choices are really good in this game. They help add a creepy vibe to the level along with the graphics after the setting change is made. The sounds originally help give a false sense of security to the player before the change and eventually the chase sequence. However, the static sounds could of been more continuous to add suspense to the game and make it creepier. Overall, the sounds are great, but some changes could of been made to help add a more ominous quality that this game has.

Addictiveness(5): This game gets repetitive after each attempt due to its difficulty, especially during the chase sequences. This game doesn't add any new elements each time a level is attempted again, which leads to a dullness and repetition to the level. This could lead the player to become bored with the game, but the end can get you really well. The ending is scary and younger players or those who cannot handle any scares or any surprises should bypass this game because the ending is scary and younger players could get terrified by this game. If you do decide to play it, just be warned. Overall, this game can be repetitive.

Story(3) and Depth(3): This game gives almost no story and the dept... Read the rest of this Review
Sonic 2 Heroes

Sonic 2 Heroes review
Graphics: The graphics are really spectacular. The flow of the graphics are really smooth and consistent throughout. My only issue is that the levels are exactly like Sonic 2, even though that is the basis of this game. If the levels were slightly changed for more authenticity, then the game would be better, especially if it had the Sonic Heroes feel to the graphics more than Sonic 2. Nevertheless, the graphics are spectacular and eye-catching.

Sound: The sounds are basically the Sonic 2 sounds, but they are really catchy and they fit the levels nicely. The boss sounds are slightly menacing, but it helps add to the suspense of what the boss would do next. The sounds also add a nice depth to the level theme, although some levels could have better sounds to add more depth. Overall, the sound choices in this game are smooth and help add a level of depth to the game.

Addictiveness: This game is slightly addictive in the sense that the levels challenge a player's rationalization and decision making. It also helps players make decisions that could influence their game play, especially at the boss battles. The levels are unique, although some similarities could be noticed throughout each levels, but this game is still addicting due to the players having to make decisions that can affect the game.

Story and Depth: The story in this game is highly similar to other classic Sonic games, almost like it is redundant in some respects due to the antagonist's evil intentions. The story is not shown a lot, leaving players to infer their plan. Unfortunately this could confuse players because the plot is not revealed in its entirety. The depth of the game helps make up for the lack of story. The depth is emersive since the levels change each time you transition to a new stage. These transitions help add to the challenges that players face in each new level because the layout and possible dangers change. Overall, the game's story line lacks in detail, but the... Sonic 2 EXE

Sonic 2 EXE Review
Graphics: The graphics on this game are really good. However it could be better because from other Sonic.exe games I've seen done, the game is more darker and creepier. This game used a bit too much blood, which I think is an overkill. I would of like to see darker level schemes then what I experienced, but it is a good hacked version of Sonic 2.

Sound: The level sounds are exactly like Sonic 2. I liked them in the sense that they fitted the creepy theme for some levels, but other game sounds interfered with the creepy atmosphere I expected with Sonic.exe games. I would of liked more creepiness to the sounds, as in a more darker and creepier vibes to the sounds, so that the overall game is more creepier.

Addictiveness: This game is slightly addictive, but I would of liked to see more creepiness, just like the Sonic.exe CreepyPasta. I would play it again, but only if the game is more creepier and has a more horrific feel to it.

Story and Depth: The story is similar to other Sonic games. However, I still wonder how Sonic turned into an exe and how Tails got turned into one as well. The depth is the same as the classic Sonic games in the sense that they place you in the first zone instead of giving you a backstory, which I think would help the player understand Dr. Eggman's plot against Sonic.

Difficulty: This game is not difficult, but there is a few challenges in the game, especially at the boss battles. The challenges keep players on their toes, which is a good idea for Sonic games to do.
Sonic the Hedgehog - Pocket Adventure

Sonic Pocket Game Review
This game is similar to Sonic 2 in the way that their zones are similar. The graphics are great and I hope that the game can appear on the IPhone, Android, and other mobile devices in the future. The sounds are like the classic Sonic games, which I really like because it is a throwback to the classic Sonic games. It is very addictive because the sounds and graphics are a throwback to people's childhoods, which I like to see in classic games. It's not difficult, which I enjoy because anyone can play this game and it can be liked by everyone. The game goes in depth with the level amounts, but I would like to see more original levels than just changing the names of the levels from Sonic 2. Even though the story line is just like the other sonic games, it is a classic game and it is one that many people would enjoy. Overall, this game is very fun for all ages because it is a classic throwback to the classic Sonic games from many people's childhood days, the sounds and graphics are great for a pocket edition of a franchise, and it is an enjoyable experience for all who like Sonic the Hedgehog.
