Super Mario World Multiplayer at the Same Time!?!
First we have Super Mario 64 Multiplayer, and now we have Super Mario World Multiplayer. You might be thinking, "Doesn't Super Mario World already have multiplayer?" Yes. Yes it does. But what makes this game so unique is that Mario and Luigi is playing at the same time! That never happened in 2D Mario until New Super Mario Bros. Wii. But is it still the game we all know and love? Or is it a completely different game? That should be obvious but let's find out anyway!
Graphics: 9
What makes Super Mario World so great is the graphics. For the launch title on the SNES, SMW is one of the best looking Mario games I've ever seen. Since this is a hack of the game, not much has changed. Everything seems the same so not much has changed here. Bugs can appear sometimes though.
Sound: 10
Again not much has changed from SMW. The game has some of the best music and sound effects a Mario game ever had. The music is such a classic and I never get tired of it. The only new sound effect Super Mario World Multiplayer has is when one person dies.
Addictiveness: 9
You would play this game for hours and hours even without a friend because its Super Mario World! Its a fun game to play alone but when you have a friend over and you want to play this game, or you play this game on netplay, you would play it three times as much as you would play it alone. It's so much fun with a buddy to play with you. Your friend would do one of two things, help and wait for you, or be a jerk and attack you and not wait for you. Like NSMBW, NSMB2, and NSMBU, when you die, you appear in a bubble which your partner would either, pop you, or avoid you to be a jerk. Also the game saves every level. That wasn't in SMW and as a result, this game becomes really easy. Also unlike SMW, this game doesn't have an item box anymore. This game can lead into fun and memorable times.
Story: 3.5

Mediocre
For me, this is a mediocre to ok type of game. The graphics are nice, not the best but still. The music is forgettable and not the best Game Gear title to have good music. I would play this again but others should stay away from this one. The story is mediocre at best. The story is Egg man trying to figure out how Sonic is able to defeat him. He then realizes that Sonic runs fast and that's the reason why Egg man keeps losing. So he built these boots to try to get rid of how Sonic runs so fast. (Must been made of metal.) So Egg man sneaked into Sonic s house, (Apparently he has a house.) and he swapped his shoes while he is sleeping. (Why didn't he just kill him?) When Sonic woke up, he realizes that he was going slow. And for some stupid reason, Egg man was at his window, and told Sonic that the chaos emeralds was the only thing that will take off his shoes. So Sonic decided to go after Egg man to get the chaos emeralds. Again that's not the best story ever, but surprisingly not the worst either. This game isn't that big. The game has four zones with four acts. But then again, is for the Game Gear. The difficulty isn't hard at all. If you know what you're going, you could beat this game in about 20-30 minutes. I found it somewhat fun, but other people might want to stay away from this.

Kinda Bad
Okay, its a rip off of another game. The graphics aren't the best. The sound is ok. The game is no good. There's no story. And the difficulty is so hard. Its bad, but not the worst game I've ever played. The reason the game is bad is because of the level design. You have to make tiny platforms that are so far away. If your looking for a game, stay away from this one.
