Mega Man Battle Network 6 Cybeast Falzar After I beat the game, I hit continue, then I was placed back before the final battle with the "crisis" music being played. There were some new quests, but is there a way to keep the crisis music off after I beat the game?

Mega Man Zero 4

Mega Man Zero 4: Weil-ended Conclusion?
Hello everyone!  This review is, as you probably guessed by where this post is and what it's titled, on Mega Man Zero 4, the final entry in Capcom's Mega Man Zero franchise.  This game picks up a little bit after the events of Mega Man Zero 3, and also modifies and adds a few elements from previous entries in the franchise.  Considering this game is the first in the Mega Man Multiverse to be a conclusion to a series, how did it pull off its curtain call?  Did it fall face-first compared to its predecessors, or is a "Weil" deserved finale to the series?  Without further ado, let's start the review!

---Gameplay---
This game, as with most Mega Man games, is a platformer requiring you to get from Point A to Point B, with "B" standing for "Boss."  Zero's twist on the formula is that you get the Buster Shot and Z-Saber, and those instead get different attributes and techniques if conditions are met after each boss.  Also, in between Point A and B, there is usually some other task you need to do to get a higher rating on the level, such as locating and destroying hidden generators in a stage.  There are a few changes that help you complete the game and give a better experience overall.  For one, EX Skills (techniques and attributes mentioned earlier) from the previous entries are now much easier to gain; you only need to complete a level with the weather giving you harder time, which leads me to a new mechanic introduced: weather.  Now, a level will become easier or harder depending on the weather, which you can alter before entering the level.  These changes range from providing a method a kill an enemy or two, to adding a storm that pushes you back in the air for nearly the entire level.  "Hard" weather also allows one extra attack for the boss at the end.  While you may want to take the easier route, you won't gain the EX Skill if you do so, so pick wisely.  Anot... Mighty No. 9

Mighty No. 9 Review: As Bad as They Say?
Hello.  This is a review of the Steam version of Mighty No. 9.  From what I have gathered, the Steam version is the most stable version of the game, and it only costs $20 compared to other versions (~$30).  Before I start the review, I'd like to quickly summarize what the game is.  Mighty No 9 is a game created by Keiji Inafune, the creator of the Mega Man franchise, and was designed to be a spiritual successor of the series after Inafune left Capcom.  Considering that the Mega Man series is one of the oldest and most beloved franchises in the video game community, this game had quite a legacy to fulfill.  But does it reach those expectations, or is it worthy of the title "Better than Nothing?"  Without further ado, let's find out!

Note: at times (actually, a lot of the time), I will compare Mighty No 9 to the Mega Man franchise.  I justify this because Mighty No 9 was modeled after the series, so I believe it makes sense to compare the 2 franchises.

---Gameplay---
As the intro heavily implies, this game playa lot like Mega Man classic and Mega Man X.  You go from Point A to Point B, absorbing and destroying enemies and obstacles in your way and making your way to the Boss at the end.  The Boss will have a health bar that's about 3-5 times larger than yours, they do a frick ton more damage than you and take it better than you.  Most of the time.  Once you defeat them, Beck gains "RefleXions" that change your form for new attacks and techniques.  For instance, Aviator RefleXion adds a propeller blade above you which can be spun to drastically decrease fall speed and be released for a boomerang-like weapon.  Each RefleXion does extra damage against one of the other Mighty Numbers, and trust me, it becomes obvious which robot is weak to what.  When you defeat a Mighty Number they snap out of the virus and help you in one of the other stages.  They usually only help out... My Review On: Mega Man 2 (NES)
Finally!  My review of Mega Man 2 is here!  In all honesty, I wanted to do this earlier, but I kept not doing it because either the review suddenly crashed or I didn't feel like doing it.  In my honest opinion, I find this the BEST game in general on the NES (FLAME SHIELD FROM SUPER MARIO BROS  3 FANS UP!)!  This also used to be my favorite Mega Man game in general, but I'll save that for later...  For now, let's CRASH the Super Mario Bros. 3 club and let's get this review done in a FLASH (pun intended, no offense intended).

Graphics:  This game's graphics are AMAZING!  The graphics are polished and look like what you would see in real life if super fighting robots existed.  They also pay attention to detail, such as bubbles in Bubble Man's stage, flowing lava in Heat Man's stage, and Mega Man blinking!  I also love this game's choice of color scheme, as all of it seems natural (in my perspective anyway...).  I give graphics a 10/10!

Sound:  If you've heard Wily Castle 1, then you already know how legendary this soundtrack is!  From slightly breezy soundtrack in Wood Man's forest, to tense, heated music for Heat Man's Lava Factory(?), to the darkness of Wily Castle 2.  This game seemingly goes past the NES's music capabilities.  Just one word: AMAZING!   I give sound a 10/10!

Addictiveness:  Mega Man games were made to play over and over and over again!  The game is fairly short, but not so short so that you would be done in 10 seconds flat (pun intended).  Because of it's decent length, the game makes you want to play over and over and over again!  If you've read my Kirby's Adventure review, then you know that I played that game twice.  I haven't tried to play this game again though... yet.  Because of that reason, I can only give addictiveness an 8/10.

Story:  Admittingly, Mega Man games weren't ... Read the rest of this Review
Kirby's Adventure

My Review on: Kirby's Adventure
Hello everyone!  I beat Kirby's Adventure a while ago so I thought "why not do a review?"  Here I am ready to give my opinion on this game; if you don't see things this way, that's fine.  But enough of me babbling, let's begin the review!

Graphics:  The graphics for Kirby's Adventure are detailed, colorful, polished, and beautiful.  Most NES games, you couldn't make out what something was and what something wasn't.  In this game, you can tell what EVERYTHING is!  If the Kirby characters were based on real animals (only a few are), you could just go "hey, that's a fox,"  or "hey, that's a bat."  The graphics themselves can actually be humorous as well, like Kirby's face when he loses a life, or the picture for the fire ability; you can't help but laugh.  I'm giving graphics ten (10)!

Sound:  The soundtrack from this game is just amazing!  All of the tracks are catchy, all of them are used in the right situation, and I only find one of them to be repetitive (if you beat the game from start to finish, you know what I mean).  If you had to make a countdown for 8-bit tunes, you should be able to get at least one music piece from this game to that list.  I'm giving Soundtrack another ten (10)!

Addictiveness:  This game is very addictive.  There are mini-games that give you extra lives and a little replay ability.  There are a whole bunch of secret doors in this game and if you find a big switch in that secret door, than you can unlock more mini game doors and warp star rooms (which I'll explain later).  But the main reason that I'm giving this a high addictiveness is because the minute that I beat the game, I just had to play the game from start to finish AGAIN.  Yes, I wanted (and I did) to play the game from start to finish and beat the final boss.  I can't explain it, but I did.  Addictiveness gets yet another ten (10)!

Mega Man V

My Review On: Megaman (or Mega Man) V (GB)
This is my very first review on a game, and I'm always going to beat the game and then review it.  Since I just beat the game, minus well review the game since my memory is fresh.  Oh yeah, this is the ONLY Megaman Gameboy game to have it's own set of robot masters (or in this case, Stardroids).  Let's get this review going!

Graphics:  In all honesty, the Game Boy never had good graphics, this is particularly because it had no color (do the math: Video Game + No Color = bad graphics)!  However, most of the designs are actually pretty complex; if you added color to it, it minus well mock today's graphics.  Because of that reason, I'm giving the graphics an eight (8).

Sound:  Megaman games are infamous for their amazing soundtrack, but this one doesn't actually follow that rule.  I did like some of the music tracks for this game like the title theme, ending theme, final boss theme, and regular boss themes.  But some of them make you want to put on some earmuffs or are very irritating.  In other words, there are some awesome ones, but there are a few horrible ones that I can't stand that much; I'm giving the soundtrack an eight (8).

Addictiveness:  I think Megaman games were programmed for addictiveness!  Because nearly all the games have less than 20 stages, it's very tempting to turn on your console and beat the game again and again and again and again!  I'm already making plans to replay the game in a week or two!  And even though I don't know how to get them, I found out on a site that there are crystals to collect in 4-8 stages (pity on me).  I can guarantee you that you WILL come back to this game at least every one or two years.  I'm giving Addictiveness a ten (10).

Story:  The story is only different than other Megaman games: Rock (Megaman) and Roll are taking a walk around and they encounter a robot named Terra (Pop Quiz! &nbs... Read the rest of this Review
