I play a game and after ten minutes it stops working and takes me back to the start of the game, what's wrong?

I am trying to play the Sims 2. I downloaded the RGR plugin, I'm using Firefox on a Windows computer, and I clicked the "Play Game" button under RGR emulators. A new window pops up and it shows me the five different langauges I can use with flags going across the screen. I can switch languages but whenever I click on one nothing happens. Can you help me move past the languages screen?

okai, so i downloaded the RGR plugin and it's now installed, and when i try searching for the game i want they still require a plug in.. When i open the vizzed retro game room from my windows it starts normally then stops and it says: "Error writing to file: C:Program Files(x86)VizzedRgrServiceLoader.exe. Verify that you have access to that directory." i tried going through that file but nothing happens.. What should i do?
