The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Review
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Review
By: Skittlez

Ah The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I beyond love this game, it is by far one of my favorite games of all time as well as my favorite Zelda game to date. On to the review!!

Graphics: Rated 9
I didn't give it a full 10 simply because there are so much better graphics out there now. With that being said the game had amazing graphics for its time. I remember when I first played it and being in awe of the graphics. Shocking considering the graphics of most games now, I know but back then this was considered amazing graphics. I still consider it to have pretty great graphics which is why I gave it a 9.

Sound: Rated 10
If you have ever played this game or just about any other Zelda game you will probably understand why I gave the sound a 10. How many of us have found ourselves humming Epona's song or any other song from the game? I know I have several times. The music and the songs played on the Ocarina are just so catchy. You find yourself humming along to them and getting them stuck in your head.

Addictiveness: Rated 10
I gave this game a 10 because its extremely addicting. You just want to keep playing to see whats going to happen next. Even after you have beat the game through once you still want to keep going back and playing to find hidden things you missed.

Story: Rated 10
I always loved the story behind every Zelda game. This one was no different. The stories are always interesting to me.

Depth: Rated 10
This game has so much to do. So much to find. You go through so many interesting places, meet interesting people, fight cool monsters. The worlds and the people were always so interesting.

Difficulty: Rated 9
I won't give it a full 10 because it wasn't THAT hard. It can get pretty difficult at times as well as pull-your-hair-out frustrating but that all just adds to the game play.

Mario Kart 64 Review
Mario Kart 64 Review
By: Skittlez

I remember playing this as a kid. I found it here and figured why not play it again. I have played the more recent titles as well and I look forward to being able to play the new one on the WiiU. Anyways on to the review :)

Graphics: Rated 9
I know, I know. Any kid that is used to the newer generation consoles is going "You call this good graphics?" but hear me out. For its time Mario Kart 64 had pretty great graphics. We finally got to play Mario Kart in 3D (if you don't know what I mean by that then go play the original Mario kart). I give the graphics a 9 because they were pretty awesome for their time, and still are pretty awesome in my opinion.

Sound:  Rated 9
I gave the sound a 9 because the music was kind of catchy. Plus it changed for each race track which is always interesting.

Addictiveness: Rated 8
I only gave it an 8 for Addictiveness because to me it was one of those games that I loved playing but after beating all the races and such I just got bored with it. Its a great game to come back and play from time to time but its not one that kept me playing for long.

Story: Not Rated
I simply left the story blank because Mario Kart didn't really have a story in my opinion.

Depth: Rated 8
I rated depth an 8 because of the many races and mini games there is to enjoy. It wasn't rated higher because it usually (at least in my case) doesn't take long to beat all the game has to offer.

Difficulty: Rated 7
I didn't rate the difficulty to high because its never been all that difficult until you start to up the difficulty a bit. Then it can get some what challenging.

Overall: Rated 9
It is a fun game to play. I remember many, many hours spent playing with family members. Getting hit with red turtle shells or the awful blue turtle shell. Many laughs and fond memories go into the overall rating of thi... Read the rest of this Review

Harvest Moon Review
Harvest Moon: More Friends Of Mineral Town Review
By: Skittlez

I want to start this off by saying: I started out playing Harvest Moon N64 a long time ago. I was automatically addicted to the game. I spent many hours and pulled a lot of all nighters due to this game. At first I was sceptical that a farming game would be any fun at all. Since then I have went on to play every Harvest Moon made, including the very first ones.

Graphics: Rated 8
I rated the graphics an 8 because they are not as great as most games. Although I love the graphics I know a lot of people are automatically turned off by the lack of great graphics in this game. Don't let that stop you from playing this game though. Good graphics don't mean its a good game. The graphics are meant to be more cute than anything else. I rather enjoy the fact of the low graphics and I think it adds character to the game.

Sound: Rated 9
The only reason I didn't give the sound a full 10 was because at times it can be a tad bit annoying after you have heard it way to many times. I, personally, enjoy the music and tend to find myself humming the song from the N64 version of Harvest Moon quite often. The music on Harvest Moon just adds to the game. I enjoy the music and how it switches depending on where you go, on festival days and during each season.

Addictiveness: Rated: 10
I have seen this game with lower ratings than this for how addicting it tends to be. I don't understand how. I have and probably always will find Harvest Moon to be addicting, and this version of the game is no different. I enjoy planting crops for each season, getting new animals, taking care of those animals and wooing my future spouse. Its over all addicting because there is so much to do and there is always that next house upgrade or that next item you want to get.

Story: Rated 10
I have always enjoyed the over all story of Harvest Moon. Buying or inheriting a run ... Read the rest of this Review
