Vandal Hearts, the beauty!
Intro- Sostegaria... For over a millennium the fertile lands in the heart of this vast continent were ruled by the Holy Ashah Dynasty, descendants of Toroah the Messiah. However, it is man's doom to forget... A midst all the wealth and exotic pleasures, the nobility lost their way and sank into corruption and depravity, forgetting even the holy teachings of Toroah. It was in these days of unrest that the citizens, struggling under an oppressive regime, rose up and -- under the leadership of Arris the Sage -- took up arms against the Kingdom. That was the first outbreak of violence in what would later be known simply as 'The Revolution.' The Royal Army's counterattack was swift and fierce, but time and time again they were put to flight by the cunning strategies of Arris and the indomitable will of the advancing Liberation Army. Victory in hand, the rebels set up a Council and worked to establish the continent's first democracy. And so, the republic of 'Ishtaria' was born. However, Arris the Sage, whom all hoped would lead the country, mysteriously vanished and has not been seen again to this day. Now, 15 years later, the shadow of war once again threatens Ishtaria... Welcome to Vandal Hearts. This game is very similar to Final Fantasy Tactics, if you have ever played it, but with a little better story line. You begin the adventure with Ash Lambert of the Black Wind. He is accompanied by Diego Renault and Clint Picard. Throughout the game you will meet many more allies, such as Eleni Dunbar, Huxley Hobbes, Kira Wulfstan, Grog Drinkwater, Dolan, Amon, Sara, Zohar Abu Sa'id, and Darius. Throughout the entire game you will face many enemies such as Kane, Dallas, Xeno, Zoot, and the main boss being Dolf, a man in love with death.
Graphics- The graphics are a 3D Strategy RPG. You move each player in the manner of chess, and attack the opposing team until they are all eliminated. Take heed, if you are looking for amazing graphics, this is no... Read the rest of this Review

Pokemon Crystal
Pokemon Crystal is by far one of the best Pokemon games there is out there. I love the Johto series. The Red Gyrados always add to the fun. Besides Pokemon Gold, this is my favorite Pokemon game. It has an awesome story line, plus a chance to catch all the pokemon! If you had only played Gold or Silver, or never played any of the Johto series, I highly suggest that you try out this Pokemon classic. It has an interestingly fun story line to follow, and keeps you busy forever. Though it isn't as tough as Pokemon Yellow, Pokemon Red, or Pokemon Blue; it is way more fun to play. You also get some sort of color in the screen! Have fun!

Pokemon Yellow
Now I am a pokemon fanatic. So of course I would rate any pokemon game highly because they are so good. But as of Pokemon Yellow, this is of course a classic because it is the first. Of course, Gold was the best. Haha! Anyways for anyone who wants to play an original instead of a hacked version, Yellow is a good one to play, though I would recommend Pokemon Ash Gray. It does have a complete storyline throughout the region of Kanto, which is a plus. And for those of you out there, who like me were barely a kid when yellow came out, it's awesome to go back through and play through the beginning of Pokemon history!

Now I am a pokemon fanatic. So of course I would rate any pokemon game highly because they are so good. But as of Pokemon Emerald, this is one of my top 5 pokemon games. Of course, Gold was the best. Haha! Anyways for anyone who wants to play an original instead of a hacked version, Emerald is the way to go about it. It has a complete storyline throughout the region of Hoenn. Unlike Ruby and Sapphire, you can catch all three legendary pokemon after you beat the elite 4, which in my opinion makes it too easy. There is a lot to do in the game, especially when you get to Battle Tower. But if you want a Pokemon game, I'd suggest this one!
