Mega Man: Powerful Beginning
As I've been absent from the board for a while, I thought I'd come back by reviewing all of the NES Mega Man games. So here is the first one! Was it indigenous? Was it a blatant example of naiveté? I will tell you here!
Let's start with the story.
It is the year 20XX, and the science of robotics has advanced to the point where robots can be made to almost any task, and the A.I.'s of some are of almost human level. Two of the world's leaders of this pursuit, Dr. Thomas Light and Dr. Albert Wily, work together and are assisted by Dr Light's humanoid, child-like assistant robots; male Rock and female Roll. Just recently, the two scientists had finished their latest revolution, the Robot Masters, designed to oversee tasks that are very or too dangerous for humans. There are six:
Cut Man, made to moderate forestry.
Guts Man, a construction and reclamation robot.
Elec Man, manipulator of electrical energy to help regulate power plants.
Ice Man, designed for exploring the polar regions.
Fire Man, a smelting robot to melt down waste.
And finally Bomb Man, a demolition and disruption robot.
Because Dr Light was the one that came up with the majority of the project, he was the one credited and praised for their creation. Wily was so jealous of this, that overnight he reprogrammed all six of the Robot Masters to follow his will and help him take over the unnamed city that this game takes place in! (I refuse the name Monsteropolis.) Light felt helpless at what was happening... until Rock, with a strong sense of justice, volunteered to be converted into a fighting robot. Light was reluctant at first, but consented due to the fact that there was no other option. One transformation later, Rock was wearing blue armour, became able to copy the weapons of other robots, and gained the Mega Buster, which he used as inspiration for his new name: Mega Man! Mega Man then set off to defeat all of the Robot Masters and bring Wily what was com... Read the rest of this Review

The rest of NSMB Wii World 1 (W.I.P.)

A Mr. tails the fox suggested that I instead do a thread per world rather than stage, so I came up with a system where I constantly edit in new stages to this one post. It'll have to be a matter of patience for you guys. Also, I realized that this is probably the least useful of the Game Guides on here, but I guess you can have a laptop next to you while playing.
Okay, on to the stages!

World 1-3
Star Coin #1
This is impossible to miss, as long as you have a Yoshi, which are introduced in this stage. Just follow the trail of small coins using Yoshi's flutter jump (press and hold the 2 button) and you'll fly right into it. A Propeller Suit will also work.

Star Coin #2
Later on, you'll see a group of three green pipes with Piranha Plants next to each other and then a yellow and green pipe on a ledge right after. Jump down onto the right pipe of the three green ones (Yoshi is immune to the Piranha Plant's teeth) and walk into the ledge to find that the yellow pipe is split in half. Go down the lower part of it to grab the Star Coin underground with Yoshi or a Propeller Suit.

Star Coin #3
It's high above an L-shaped red pipe with a 'Plant in it. Get it the same way you got the others, with Yoshi or a Propeller, jumping from the top of the red pipe.

Secret Exit to World 1 Warp Cannon
This is the only secret exit in World One, and well worth the honor. To find it, jump on the ledge that leads to a hidden room right before the third Star Coin. From here, try flutter jumping with Yoshi or using a Propeller against the wall above the room entrance and you'll land on a ledge hidden from view. Walk right and you'll come into a pipe. On the other side is the secret flagpole, marked by being red and black. The Warp Cannon it leads to takes you through half the game, plunking you in World 5.

World 1-Fortress
Star Coin #1
It is clearly visible on the ... Read the rest of this Guide

NSMB Wii W1-2
This is a series that I will be making and updating as often as I can. If you have any feedback, please give it!

Star coin #1:
You'll see it almost right after you go underground. Jump when the crystal platform beneath is at its highest, or wall jump off the small piece of right wall.

Star Coin #2:
Once on the first platform that can be moved by tilting the Wiimote, use it to get into the pipe on the top right. In the new room, don't grab any of the small coins. Instead, hit the brick block in the center of the room to make a P-switch appear. Step on the switch, then quickly run and jump up the new brick platforms to claim the Star Coin before the time runs out.

Star Coin #3:
Later on, you'll see it under a section of red pipe. Break through the blocks covering the green pipe right before it with a ground pound(you must have to be big; small Mario isn't strong enough). Through the pipe, activate the POW block in this room to make the last Star Coin fall into here.

New Super Mario Bros Wii W1-1

This is a series that I will be making and updating as often as I can. If you have any feedback, please give it!

Star Coin #1
Right after the checkpoint, you'll see it high in the air. Grab a Propeller Mushroom from the ? block beneath it and shake the Wiimote to fly up and grab it. (If you're small and only a Mushroom comes out, grab the needed power-up later in the level and come back.)

Star Coin #2
Beneath the platform in the air with a Red Coin Ring, a rotating circle platform will have a pipe rotating with it, like near the beginning of the level. However, if this pipe disappears into the ground, you'll have to start the level over because it's gone. So, make haste and go down it right when it appears. Wall jump up to the coin down here and leave through the yellow pipe.

Star Coin #3
Right after the previous coin, it's on the last red floating platform before the goal. Fly up to it with a Propeller Mushroom.
