Sword of Mana
12-22-12 12:39 PM
Sword of Mana review
Sword of Mana is a very unique game to play. Here is my review and you will find out why I gave this game such a good review.

Overall: I give this game a 9.6. This game is quite funky, and also a lot of fun. You get to choose whether your the hero, or the heroine. It makes a pretty interesting game overall, because the story is different depending on which character you choose to play as.

Graphics: I give this a 10. The graphics for this game are amazing, especially for the time when it came out. It features a cute 2D animation, and the monsters are generally cute as well. I didn't like how they didn't add more detail to the monsters, yet I did in fact like how they made each monster have different weaknesses.

Sound: I give the sound a 10. The sound is exceptional. It almost never skips on Vizzed, unless you fast forward the game by holding the space button. It changes whether your in a battle or not, and the sound effects make it fun to kill monsters that are in your way. Sometimes it gets a little repetitive, but overall it has a good soundtrack, if you don't mind listening to the same thing once in a while.

Addictiveness: I give this a 9. This game had me playing for hours and hours a day. I really enjoyed how the game is set up. You can do quests on the side, so you don't always have to strictly follow the main plot line. It gives you a break from the main quest, and can also hook you up with some useful items that you couldn't get anywhere else. The only thing I didn't like was how you only get to use a select few weapons in the game, although it didn't affect my interest in playing.

Story: I give this a 10. The story line is quite interesting. Its a little similar to a few other RPG's I have played, but still unique. I don't want to ruin the story for you, but it starts out as your Mana tribe is pretty much exterminated, and you want to get revenge on the person who killed your family and loved ones. The story... Pokemon Liquid Crystal (beta 3.2)

review of pokemon liquid crystal
Pokemon Liquid Crystal is a hack of the original Pokemon Crystal. However, here is my review for this game.

Overall: I give the overall a 9.8. This game is great. Even though it is a hack of Pokemon Crystal, there really is no difference except for the graphics, and slightly higher level Pokemon in the beginning. The graphics make it more fun to play, at least for me, because everything is in such a more clear picture then the original Pokemon series.

Graphics: The graphics in this I gave a 9 out of 10. The graphics are beautifully drawn, and makes it quite enjoyable to play the game. The Poke-center, instead of being fuzzy and not well drawn, is more clear in this game. The Pokemon are also drawn really well. The details are amazing when you are battling your opponent. The main character you pick (whether a boy or girl), is very well done. The editor added a couple more details to the character, but it makes it more enjoyable to look at, besides being unclear and fuzzy like in the previous Pokemon games.

Sound: I give the sound a 10 out of 10. I haven't even heard it skip a track when I am walking around, or battling a Pokemon. The noise is very clear, and precise. The sound is wonderful, and makes the Pokemon battles interesting and fun to listen to. Some people aren't big into the sound and music of the games, but if you are interested in the sound, this game is fantastic for you to listen to.

Addictivness: I give it a 10 out of 10. I know some people aren't huge fans of Pokemon, however, this game is very very addicting. It is just like Pokemon Crystal, for the story line at least. You meet a few new people throughout the game, but in general its very similar to Pokemon Crystal. You train, battle gym leaders, and complete the story line.

Story: I give this an 8 out of 10. The story isn't all the unique, but yet it is still interesting. Of course, its similar to all the other Pokemon games, with a little of... Read the rest of this Review

Its alright
I give the overall game a decent review. Its not my favorite, but its not my least favorite either.

Graphics: I give it a low grade, but that is because the graphics are very fuzzy, and not all that detailed. Of course I know this is a classic game, so back then the graphics were pretty decent. I just don't like how you cant see the persons face when you talk to them. The faces of the people are fuzzy and not well detailed, which makes the graphics not all that interesting.

Sound: The sound is actually pretty good. It doesn't usually skip around a lot, so I say the sound is decent. Although when you are fighting an animal or a person, the music somewhat drones out, and it becomes fuzzy. While you are walking around, the music is better then while you are fighting. The fighting music is not interesting at all, and it makes it kind of a boring fight.

Addictivness: The game is moderately addicting. It keeps you wanting to play just a little bit more just to find out what happens with Ness. However, I enjoy walking around more then fighting, because as I said before, the fighting tends to be very dry. Although, it is still a pretty good game if you like turn based style. I happen to not be a big fan of that, but everyone is different.

Story: The story is amazing. It is very creative, and has a lot of background to it. It is a very different story then what I am use to. A lot of games tend to revolve around the same thing. Either saving the princess, or completing quests. However, this is a completely different plot that what I am use to. It adds a bunch of different characters, and you get to personalize the your character in the beginning.

Depth: The depth is alright. You get to know your characters throughout the plot line, although it doesn't add much detail as to who they are (Such as their background) Although this game goes into a moderate amount of depth with Ness (as it should) It makes it interesting to learn m... Kingdom Hearts - Chain of Memories

i love kingdom hearts
I give this game an overall outstanding review.

Graphics: The graphics are very decent for a Game Boy Advanced game. In the intro of the game, the animation is 3D, which was considered extremely well done back in the day. When you are fighting the "Heartless" It gets pretty interesting. The graphics are cute, and very well made. When people talk to you, such as the main characters, you get to see their faces, and their expressions change depending on whats being said. I enjoy the animation and graphics very much.

Sound: The sound makes it very enjoyable, although sometimes it repeats itself. Although that doesn't really affect me much, because I will catch myself humming the theme song or the battle music throughout the day. It is very catchy, and quite enjoyable.

Addictiveness: This game, at least for me, is extremely addicting. I have been playing this game for about three days straight now. I literately haven't played any other game besides kingdom hearts for three days. And that is saying a lot, since I am one of those people who switches back and fourth between games. The fighting style also makes it addicting, since it isn't turn based. You actually get to move around, attack and dodge when you want, on command. This makes it enjoyable, because I like being in control with games when my character is fighting.

Story: The story is very intriguing. Sora (the main character) looses his memories, along with his friends. They go into Castle Oblivion to get their memories back, while saving people. You encounter many different Disney characters along your adventure, and try and help them out as much as you can. You fight bosses, and receive memories through out the story, while encountering others who have almost completely lost their memories. The whole point is to get your memories back, and find that one person who you really care about.

Depth: The characters are all so very different in their own aspects. I enjoy... Read the rest of this Review
Legend of Zelda, The - Ocarina of Time

A must play classic
This game is a must play classic. Even though I'm not that good at playing Zelda (mostly because when I was younger I couldn't figure out how to beat it) It is still a game you should really try out. The overall game is decent, and the depth is incredible. I really love the story line, even if its almost always the same. It all revolves around princess Zelda. However, in all the Zelda games, the story line and depth with Zelda is always different, yet at the same time going back to the original story line. It's quite complicated to explain. This game is also very addicting. I always feel that I just have to solve that ONE MORE puzzle. The fighting is decent too, I like how you actually fight, and not just turn based style. That is one of my favorite features of Zelda. Also, you get to use unique tools and sometimes powers (depending on what Zelda game you are playing) The Zelda games are very creative, and very fun to play. The difficulty is very hard, and might take you a while to beat it, unless you already know how. It is very challenging, but definitley worth the wait when you feel that accomplishment that you finally beat the game. Enjoy :)
