Pitfall! Also, with jumping over the gators, or jumping in general, you press the SPACE BAR, and their HEADS are the only safe spot, NOT their mouths.
Pitfall! I actually have the cartridge for the Atari 2600, and I'm a teenager!

NESMan's Reviews: WCW Mayhem
Before WWE became big there was WCW, World Championship Wrestling.  It had several games for the PS1, N64, Game Boy Color, and PC.  "WCW Mayhem" was one of the better WCW games, it was released by Electronic Arts, on August 31, 1999.  As far as wrestlers go you have categories of WCW, Wolfpac, NWO Wolfpac, NWO Black & White, Horsemen, and so on.  "WCW Mayhem" was one of the first wrestling titles to have BACKSTAGE AREAS, though they were randomly chosen for you, it was still pretty cool back in 1999!  That's a plus this game has, some other cool features include weapons, such as folding metal chairs, and the great announcers, Tony Schiavone and Bobby Sheenan.  They make the announcers of modern WWE games look not so good.   Anyway, as far as gameplay goes, the controls aren't perfect, sometimes when you try to get a hold of your opponent, sometimes your guy's hands can go through him.  With Create a Wrestler, you've got quite a bit of options, clothing, accessories, theme music, nickname, body types, these options were quite a bit back in 1999.  I like how many accessories they put in, that's nice.  There's also "Quest for the Best", which is basically Career Mode, or Story Mode, which goes through different divisions, each with its own host wrestler.  So, overall "WCW Mayhem" is a pretty decent, I remember playing it quite a bit back when I was 6 or 7, so I give this game an overall rating of 7.5 out of 10!
Pokemon Stadium

NESMan's Reviews
If you grew up in the '90s, odds are you knew about Pokémon.  It was a TV show, card game, video game, and it had all kinds of merchandise at stores everywhere!  "Pokémon Stadium" was released for the Nintendo 64 on February 29, 2000, by Nintendo and Game Freak.  Now Pokémon is a strategy game, for example: FIRE beats GRASS, GRASS beats WATER, & WATER beats FIRE.  In "Pokémon Stadium" there are different tournaments you can compete in.  The STADIUM has Poké Cup, Petit Cup, Pika Cup, and Prime Cup.  Each of these tournaments has their own rules, arenas, but Poké Cup and Prime Cup, have difficulty divisions.  Poké Ball is easy, Great Ball is normal, Ultra Ball is hard, and Master Ball is extreme.  "Pokémon Stadium" also has Gym Leader Castle, which is basically Story Mode based on the 1st generation Game Boy games, after you beat all 8 Gyms, you have to beat the Elite Four and your Rival to get a Pokémon Present.  Using the Transfer Pak, that comes with "Pokémon Stadium", you can play any 1st generation Pokémon Game Boy game.  That's something I really like about "Pokémon Stadium", playing my Game Boy title on the BACKLIT bigger screen, without having to drain my Game Boy's batteries.  Also, you can receive Pokémon Presents ONLY when your Game Boy game is plugged into the Transfer Pak.  After you COMPLETELY beat ANY tournament, your Pokémon will be shown as statues in Victory Place, if you get all 150 Pokémon in Victory Place, you get a Psyduck that knows the move "AMNESIA".  There is also the Pokémon Lab, where Professor Oak, grandfather of your Rival, can help you mange your Computer, Pokémon, Items, Pokédex, or if you have a friend with a Transfer Pak, and Game Boy Pokémon game, you can trade with them.  If you w... Gran Turismo

Gran Turismo
My name is NESMan, this is my first Vizzed game review.  "Gran Turismo" was a game for the PlayStation game console, and was released by Sony Computer Inc, and Polyphony Digital on December 23, 1997.  It is the first of its franchise, is under the racing genre, and as the "Real Driving Simulator", it DID come before "Forza Motorsport".  You have 140 cars to choose from, ranging from Acura, Aston Martin, Chevrolet, Dodge, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Subaru, Toyota, and the infamous British car company, TVR.  The 11 tracks (note this was back in 1997) are High Speed Ring, Trial Mountain, Deep Forest, Clubman Stage Route 5, Special Stage Route 5, Special Stage Route 11, Grand Valley East, Grand Valley Speedway, Autumn Ring, Autumn Ring Mini, and an oval-shaped Test Course.  Certain championships require certain licenses, "Gran Turismo (1)" only has three (they started making more when "Gran Turismo 2" was released in 1999).  These licenses include B License, A License, and the very challenging International A License.  Championships, also require certain car types, including region, drive train, models, and such.  The game's soundtrack, both Japanese, AND American versions, are a big plus this PS1 gem has.  You can also tune and upgrade your cars, as well as RACING MODIFICATIONS, this many being exclusive to GT1, is another plus.  Racing Modifications not only upgrade your performance, but most notably makes your car look like a race car with sponsors and vinyl's.  I think the only negative, or overlook that the game staff made was that the "Car Wash!!" in Simulation Mode, doesn't do much, if anything at all.
