truly excellent, I'm not a Sonic fan, but as I played this, the joy sonic brings swept over me in a wave of nostalgia. Other than a few graphical glitches as well as not gaining an extra life when you obtain 100 rings, the remake is truly awesome, I escpe

Creepy Crawly Heeby Jeebies
Vector man 2 is the sequel to the genesis game by the same name without a 2. The game was supposedly good enough to warrant a sequel, despite a few issues. The sequel introduces new morphs weapons, and other such things, how does it hold up compared to the original? You'll have to look below to see.
Story: After saving earth from the menace of Warhead, Vector Man returns to his job of dumping sludge into the sun, for some reason... you'd think saving all humankind from a robotic menace would warrant a vacation, but apparently not. On his return trip to earth, Vector Man starts head bobbing to some tunes, when out of nowhere a missile hits his sludge barge, and he's forced to abandon it. He's close enough to earth so that he didn't drift off into space, fortunately for him. However, on his descent he notices large insects flying around, and he shoots them out of the sky, when he reaches the surface he sees an abandoned facility that has been overrun by mutant bugs, which display a destructive nature and worse yet, appear controlled by some unseen intelligence. Vector Man takes it upon himself to save Earth once again. The story isn't as deep as the original , so the story ends up being a bit weaker than the original, but it's still a pretty okay plot. 6/10
Sound: The music in Vector Man 2 varies, some is great, some is lackluster, but something cool is many of the songs use insect noises, and the sound effects are quite satisfying. Unfortunately the genesis' limitations stop the music from sounding as good as it could have. I wonder how the game would have sounded is it was on the Super Nintendo. 7/10
Graphics: To put it simply, Vector Man 2 is the Donkey Kong Country of genesis, Vector man and some of the enemies are done in 3 D, and the attention to detail is incredible. All the level types look unique, and the enemies are quite varied. Vector Man 2 is probably the best looking game on the Genesis. It isn't as consistent i... Read the rest of this Review

Midieval fun for All!
You have probably heard of Arthur, Percival, Lancelot, Excalibur and the Holy Grail already. Have you ever wanted to be a knight of the round table? Then this game is for you, arcade style fighting action, medieval knights, and much more, what could go wrong? Well, let's delve into the review and find out, is the game as timeless as the legendary Excalibur, or will it fall into stories of a game, like dragons? Read on and find out.
Graphics: The graphics of the game are quite nice, but I have seen better on the SNES, all the characters have great detail and the bosses are imposing and epic. The back round could look better, as most of the time it's simply a stone wall, tall grass, or some huts. The games best features are definitely the characters though, there is great detail and no sprite is recycled, with all attacks and movements having at least three sprites for the animation. The special effects look cool too, overall, the graphics look pretty nice, but could definitely have more to them. 7/10
Sound: The sounds are pretty cool for what it is, all the attacks have nice slashing noises and there are rewarding sounds when you pick up an item. Probably the best part in the sound effects department are the boss noises, Large bosses such as The Silver Emperor (3rd boss) and The Hammer (5th boss) have loud, powerful sounds when they attack or land after a big leap. A nice addition, I find is the satisfying cry of a defeated enemy or your victory cry after beating a level. In terms of music, it's nothing special, it's your classic medieval tunes, with imposing boss soundtracks and heroic tunes during the level. But it's up-beat and adventurous enough so that you will feel invigorated during combat and boss fights, and the victory tune after beating a level is?joyful and rewarding. Overall the sound, though somewhat clich?, is happy and cool, and gets the job done very nicely. (7/10)
Addictiveness: Knights of the round is a very addicti... Read the rest of this Review
