The King of Fighters 2002: Unlimited Match
12-02-14 07:03 PM
Awesome, but litterrally just a port of the arcade one but playable bosses
Ok well...here we go!

=Graphics= 9
They're pretty much the same as '98 UM but with better looking backgrounds and stuff. Also, unlike the PS2 version, this doesn't have 3D Backgrounds but the backgrounds seem to do an illusion which makes it look semi-3D.

=Sound= 10
They REALLY improved the sound compared to '98 UM. Some characters voices are different but most sound the same. The music from 2002 is no longer in 2002 UM and the soundtrack has been totally redone and doesn't sound like music that you'd hear on your AES or MVS Neo-Geo system.

=Addictiveness= 10
The game is so friggin addictive, I found myself literally playing 2002 UM MUCH more than '98 UM since the day I got the game.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   =Depth= 10                                                                                   &... The King of Fighters 98: Ultimate Match
10-11-14 02:06 PM
Epic Remake!
This is basically the Xbox 360 version of The King Of Fighters '98, but with more characters, more moves, and other new things!

=Graphics= 9 (:D)
The game has quite good graphics, some of the animations are really fluid and it looks really cool and some of the character portraits are also cool looking. Great graphics for a game, I tell you!

=Sound= 9 (:D)
The game has a really enjoyable soundtrack. The voices also sound pretty real(besides Orochi and certain characters, and secret characters  :P)! And sometimes you might *cough* *cough* I meant ALWAYS find yourself humming the USA Sports Team Theme and others like the Psycho Soldier teams theme.

=Addictiveness= 10 (:D)
The game is really addictive and I find myself playing it WAY more than Ultra Street Fighter IV! It has an Advanced, Extra, and Ultimate (combines features from Advanced and Extra) that is sort of easier to master than the Ultra Combo system in Street Fighter IV! Much more addictive than Street Fighter IV, I tell you.

=Story= 1 (:()
There is no story AT ALL in this game of the series because it is one of the Dream Match games in The King Of Fighters Series. That's probably the only bad thing about the game. :|

=Depth= (:D) 10
The game offers around about 53 characters(alternate forms and Orochi/Omega forms included)! Now that's a lot, isn't it? The game also has a bunch of stages! And even though it only has 7 stages, the difficulty makes it seem quite big! Although it doesn't offer as much secret characters as something like Smash Bros., it still has a lot of things to offer!
=Difficulty= 9 (:D)
The game is quite hard for a fighting game(at least if the computer level is at default or highest). The game is pretty much only hard if you're not playing as the secret characters. Some AI is highly powerful, some AI is weak(like Orochi). The difficulty makes Arcade Mode HARD(and when I say hard I mean hard)! Well, at least if yo... Read the rest of this Review
Super Street Fighter II Turbo - Revival
10-03-14 02:42 PM
......not the best port, but eh...It's fine.
Alright...who is the joker here? This isn't the port  I was looking for. Okay, anyways, lets get to the review.

=Graphics= 6
The graphics aren't the greatest well....because it's Game Boy Advance. Even though it's a 32-Bit-System, it doesn't seem to have graphics as good as the Super Nintendo(which was 16-Bit). Although it does have good graphics(Until you actually start a fight). The graphics while in battle though, THEY LOOK TERRIBLE(at least to me.)!

=Sound= 2
Again, it's Game Boy Ad--no wait, I think it's the game itself that has terrible sound. They could have done a MUCH better job on the music/sound for this. The music sounds like it's the original Game Boy. Which is wrong. BAD MUSIC.....it is a shame that Cap com would let such things happen...

=Addictiveness= 10
Well, it IS Street Fighter, why wouldn't it be addictive? A bunch(well, back in the day a bunch) of characters to choose from, and all the great(and cheap!) special moves they have!

=Story= 5
There isn't really a story, it's just like you join this tournament and you have to stop the bad guys(M. Bison, Balrog, Vega, and Sagat). No story(mostly)! ...okay, let's just move to the Depth section.

=Depth= 10
It's quite big to get through, as there is quite a few matches in the game and it will take a long time for a beginner to beat this and the moves take a while to learn.

=Difficulty= 7
A pretty challenging game, and if you're trying to fight Shin Akuma, it might take HOURS(again, for beginners :P)

We're done here. Not the best port ever, but it's still good. Also, this review is just an opinion, so don't rage if you think this review is wrong.
Super Street Fighter II Turbo (World 940223)

HADOUKEN!!!!
Hello, mrhello here, this is my first review please don't expect that much :).

 -Graphics- 8
The graphics get an 8 because they're not THAT good, but they're still decent. Some characters have some good animation loops and Ryu's hadoukens look quite big. The graphics aren't the most important thing anyways so let's just move on.

-Sound- 6
I liked the music of the CPS1 versions....but the music in this one isn't as good. Probably the best CPS2 themes are Guile and Cammy's themes. My least favorite themes.....are pretty much all of them.

-Addictiveness- 10  Street Fighter II will always be one of the most addicting games I've ever played. I wasn't alive in the 90's, so I didn't get to mash buttons and insert nearly 10,000 coins all the time at my local pizzeria like all those lucky people did. Still, very addicting. :)

-Story- 3 It gets a 3 because it didn't have that much of a story. Basically you're in a tournament, and have to stop the evil forces of shadaloo.
However the endings are great.

-Depth- 7 Not the longest game ever......but still takes quite a while to beat(at least for the beginners).

-Difficulty- 10 Obviously I've heard that this version has the most cheating AI, but I still think all the other ones are really hard too.

That's all I have to say....I hope I wrote enough so this review doesn't get closed...
