There are a few factors that affect the amount of Viz you make per a post

Base Viz Amount Based on Powerlevel:
Newbie = 8 Viz
Normal = 10 Viz
Trusted = 12 Viz
Elite = 15 Viz
RGR Staff = 18 Viz
Local Mods = 20 Viz
Global Mods = 22 Viz
Admins = 25 Viz

NOTE: Newbie's cannot make more than 15 Viz per a post no matter how big their post is.

Post Size, bigger the post, the more Viz:
1 Word = Base Viz Amount * -2.5
2 or 3 words = Base Viz Amount * -1
4 words = Base Viz Amount * -0.5
5 words = Base Viz Amount * 0 (in other words, no viz for your post)
6-10 words = Base Viz Amount * 0.5
10-99 words = Base Viz Amount * 1 (in other words, nothing gets changed)
100-499 words = Base Viz Amount * 2
500+ words = Base Viz Amount * 3

Viz Per Forum, basically means your Viz earning may differ depending on the forum
x 5 = 'Game Reviews' forum
x 4 = 'Articles' forum
x 2 = 'Wish List' sub forum in 'Web Splurge' forum
x 1.5 = 'Blogs' sub forum in 'Your Forum - Post about Yourself'
x 0.75 = 'Video Game Crazyness' forum
x 0.5 = 'Polls and Questions' forum
x 0.25 = 'Crazy House' forum

The Viz Per Post Formula, in case the way the Viz Per Post works doesn't make sense
Powerlevel Viz * Post Size Viz * Forum Viz ( -15 if you're making a thread)

When Making Threads, you earn the same amount of Viz as you would while posting but minus 15. So in other words, if your post is worth 30 Viz, you get deducted 15 Viz for the cost of making a thread so in the end you would have made 15 Viz for making the thread. It is possible to lose Viz for making a thread if the thread post is small or if you have a low powerlevel.

Viz from Replies
For each reply your thread gets, you earn 25% of whatever amount of Viz the replier got from their post (unless it's negative, than you gain none).
