Saving in the Java emulated games currently doesn't work. It should be fixed within 1 or 2 days. To make up for it, all Java emulated games currently cost no Viz to play. So go ahead and take advantage of this opportunity and play as many games as you want using the Java emulators.

RGR plugin game saving does still work and is not affected at all by this.

Saving in the java emulated games will be down for about 12 hours. This means that if you start playing your game now and save, when you go to play the game again in 12 hours, the save file will revert back to how it was at the time of this announcement.

RGR plugin games will not be affected by this, you will be able to save with no problem with RGR plugin games during this time.

Once downloaded, all you have to do is install it, it'll automatically uninstall the previous version. If the plugin has problems, uninstall it and reinstall it.

This is the most important RGR Plugin update so far. It's got so many more features, tons of bug fixes, far more stable, and so much more.

New Features and bug fixes:
-Famicom Disk System added (games can be found here)
-No more 1MB Circuit Board Error
-Many previous GBA games that didn't work before now work (including the DBZ games)
-Mouse input works in SNES
-Less issues with keyboard input not working
-Less problems with losing save files
-Overall runs smoother with less crashing
And so much more! (over 100 hours have gone into this update)

The server transfer is also complete. All of the files have finished transferring from the old server. You should now be able to save/load your game progress, take screenshots, compete for highscores, etc.

There's been a delay in the server transfer, it's taking longer than expected. Should be done sometime Friday night (central time). There's literally over 2 million files to transfer and Godaddy would've charged $500 to do it for me and although it would've been quicker for them to do it, I'm doing it myself since I don't have that kind of money.

Here are the things that wont be finished transferring until Friday:
-Game Saving/Loading (on the server, you might still be able to play using your local save files)
-User screenshot submissions
-User highscore submissions
-Various old files and graphics

The server transfer is still not finished, it should be finished by 3 AM Central Time (2/9/2012).

As stated in the previous announcement, the following things will be down until the transfer is fully finished:

I'll let everyone know when everything is finished. Also, the new RGR Plugin has been delayed as well but should be ready by Friday.

The server migration was pretty smooth, the site is quite a bit faster but we'll have to see how it holds up when the site's traffic peaks at 900 people.

Game saving is currently down since the save files are still transferring. The ability to take screenshots and high score submissions are also down. These things should be back up in around 14 hours (or around 1 AM 2/8/2012 central time).

The RGR Plugin update I promised will be released soon, probably in 24 hours or so.

tom760 is back at work with doing updates to the RGR Plugin. We're expecting an RGR Plugin update very soon with a few nice features, tons of bug fixes, better game compatibility (especially gba rpgs) and more. But we're hoping to get some money to do even more updates, donating to the site will make these updates possible and quicker to have made. It takes a lot of time and money to get updates added to the RGR Plugin so please read the following features and consider helping make these dreams a reality.

The Server Transfer involving the RGR Plugin games is complete which means they should work again.

The RGR Plugin games will be down for a few hours. You can still continue to play RGR Plugin games that you've already played but new games will be down for a few hours. They shouldn't be down for more than 4 hours but if they are, I'll make another announcement letting everyone know. All the Java games are not affected which means they will work during this time.
